This unique piece was created by felting superfine Australian merino wool with silk and cotton gauze. The scarf was enhanced with a felting method that incorporates "scales" of felt on the surface for an added interest of texture, and a nod to my love of fish, all while maintaining a very light piece of "wearable art".
